ABHA means Ayushman Bharath Helath Account. This ABHA is a randomly generated 14-Digit Number. Ayushman Bharath Health Account (ABHA) enables to access and share the Health Records digitally.

How to Apply Ayushman Bharath Health Account - ABHA / Digital Health ID Card @https://healthid.abdm.gov.in/?

Visit official website i.e. https://abdm.gov.in/
Click on the Create Your ABHA Number option that appears in the Top Right Corner.
You will be redirect to another website called https://healthid.abdm.gov.in/register. Then click on the Generate via Aadhaar or Genetare via Driving License option.
If you click on the Generate via Aadhaar option then you have to enter your Aadhaar Number.
After entering the Aadhaar number check on I agree option and check on I'm not a robot option, then click on Submit button.
Then the OTP will received to the mobile number linked to the aadhaar card and you have to Enter it and click on Submit button.
After that your Name, Date of Birth and Gender will be filled in. You have to enter your ABHA or PHR Address there and click on Submit button.
Your ABHA/Digital Health ID card will be generated and you can download the card.

(Note:- Health ID has now been renamed to Ayushman Bharat Health Account - ABHA. This does not impact existing functionalities and you can continue using your account as before.)
