DigiPay is an one of the AEPS (Aadhar Enabled Payment System) Service. This DigiPay Service Launched by CSC SPV and NPCI (National Payment Corporation of India). DigiPay delivering Online Bank Services like Balance enquiry, Cash Withdraw, Mini Statement, Money Transfer, etc.

Requirements for using DigiPay

Valid CSC ID and Password of the VLE.
CSC VLE Must have Desktop/Laptop/Mobile and Internet Connectivity.
CSC VLE Must have Registered Biometric Device for authentication.
The Aadhaar Card Number must be linked to the customer and VLE's bank account.
Printer is required to Print Transaction Receipts.

How to Install DigiPay (v6.7)?

1^st Step:- Unistall the old version of DigiPay Software.

2^nd Step:- Delete the CSC e-Governance folder in c-drive.

3^rd Step:- Then install the DigiPay Software you downloaded and your Biometric Drivers.

4^th Step:- You can use the DigiPay service after completing the installation process.

How to Withdraw Balance in DigiPay?

First login with CSC VLE CSC Id.
Click on the Withdraw icon in Menu Bar.
Select customer Bank Account.
Enter customer Aadhaar Number and Mobile Number.
Enter the Amount to be Withdrawn.
Read the consent carefully that "I hereby give my consent to provide my Aadhaar and Biometrics to continue with this AEPS transaction using Aadhaar authentication" and tick the box.
Click the Scan and Proceed button.
